It’s an always-learning role! I’ve enjoyed getting to determine what kind of coach I want and need to be. I’m district-level, so I work with teachers in every high school in my district, which is unwieldy sometimes. It’s still fantastic.

My job is to coach teachers on effective tech integration with their instruction and curriculum. 🙂
