So I can't be the only one who needs specific music in my ears to write specific kinds of stories. Does anyone have any suggestions for how to get in a 'witch learning magic with her cat familiar' kind of mood? Because as a natural metal head, I'm a bit lost

Didn't even try on The Corpse Site (twitter), but I'll give it a go here. I'm a self-published author, and my first novel is called The Red Mother. It's a fantasy book with a focus on vampires. If you like stuff similar to The Elder Scrolls and Baldur's Gate 3, you might like it too!
