Ep 7 of Dan Da Dan had no business going that hard. One of my favorite anime episodes this year i think - usually i hate bad guy backstories (wasnt a fan of Demon Slayers for the most part) but this was done fantastically. Awesome tonal shift from what, up to this point, was a fun and absurd show.
