The difference is the artists of those non-cc works gave consent for those images to be used for free. AI does not care about copyright. They learn based off other artists, artists who don’t have a say if they come across their work that they didn’t make.

As for your other question I can’t speak for if this person had access or the resources for paying a commission. Whether or not one was “on the table”, there are plenty of free programs online that provide free, copywrite-free images that you can use to make your own graphics.

I don’t. Because I would rather my money and time go to those who worked on their creation, esp. if it comes from a place of passion and emotion.

I want to believe that humans are amazing. I know some amazing humans. But as a species? Nah, we’re just parasites at this point.

You really, really would benefit a lot more from this if the posters weren’t littered with AI.
