Spent lots of time out in the sunshine today... then came home, read the news, now all the anxiety is back again... ffs, every time I think it can't get more effed up, it does. What do congressfolk think about the state of things? their voices haven't been in the news at all, so far as I can see...

Can only tolerate reading the news about 5 mins a day currently, but it all makes my anxiety amped up.. I need more time outdoors enjoying the peace of wilderness..

Whew, 🍂 🍁 Fall 🍂 🍁 is making itself known. What a chilly week... Guess it's time for ridiculous Hallmark-esque seasonal movies. The ones with Lacey Chabert, not the ones with Lindsay Lohan... Why is Frosty the Snowman a hot model dude? I don't know, but that's better than Elf on the Shelf.
