there are other minor NPCs u can spot from the quests that'll periodically show up & i just really appreciate that level of detail instead of just getting rid of them entirely, y'know?

one of the minor NPCs is a cab driver & u can often find him around the city beside his cab & idk i just feel like it's so nice to see this bc it gives life to the NPCs. makes them feel like they're out here living their lives
