Yesterday I had the privilege of facilitating one of the action learning sets in the Future Education Leaders course ran by @manmetuta.bsky.social - what a brave, honest, supportive and wonderful group of education leaders!

Tip: Speak from the heart. If you are passionate about your work this will be easy to see by others and they might get passionate about it too!

Today we had the first Surfacing the Realists meeting @manmetuni.bsky.social with the fabulous Catherine Brentnall and the amazing Mike Coldwell. All faculties were represented. Next steps include an in person half a day meeting & a webinar series. Watch - this - space!
