@octranspo.com To add onto this, the driver has been wildly rude and unreasonably aggressive with commuters, including kids. I’ve never heard a bus driver swear so much at cold, desperate people who are just trying to get home. Whoever is driving bus 6676 at this moment should be reprimanded.

If your fleet is “growing”, why are crucial bus routes such as the 98 being cut? Myself and countless other commuters waited an hour as multiple buses were cancelled between 3-4pm today. By the time the bus showed it up it was packed and the driver wouldn’t pick anyone up. Do better.
