we currently do not have a cnc at our disposal, but would love to play with some more organic shapes in traditionally hard and rigid surfaces

we don’t know yet what they will cost to make. we got a handful early requests already to figure out the process, but it’ll definitely take a few wells till things happens due to out limited studio time. if you want to add your request to the queue you’d get a good price if they turn out well ^^

took us a bit to figure out how to use the experimental function (and to update openscad to a more recent version over the spotty mobile data) but it seems to work now.

steps to reproduce:
download the latest development snapshot
enable textmetrics in the preferences

it looks like we can get the size of the font using `textmetrics()`

cottle boards would be a good option, but we are currently unable to access wood or woodworking tools, beyond a hand saw. our studio is still very much work in progress

an ok mold for our 2nd slip casting mold ever, with several years since the first. We experienced some chip out around the rim, which probably resulted from too short of a cure time.

the bucket used as the mold box didn’t survive, hence we are experimenting with modular boxes for the next mold

we accidentally purchased a pot of a really ugly green glaze when we first got started, it was wrongly shelved at the pottery supply store and we only checked after we opened it. I don’t think I has been used since. Our first work is all in that green tho
