Trying to think of games I played recently where I pet the animals: Metaphor, Rebirth, P3 Reload, Fate/Samurai Remnant, FFXVI…in XVI you got to fight wild chocobos and I felt so guilty even though they were aggressive and out to kill me lol

Can’t wait to hear your thoughts on it as you progress! I honestly loved it, if my 184-hour playthrough is any indication

Did you try the demo or just went straight in? If you’ve played any Persona games then you’ll find some of the mechanics are familiar

For me Costa was probably one of the slower areas because the story pretty much ground to a halt there and I’m not the best at the mini games. I do agree about the pacing; I’m sure I’m not the only one who ignored the slew of side quests that greeted us at the start of Ch. 12.
