This fall, prof @tomasdodds.bsky.social founded the Public Tech Media Lab. PTML is at the intersection of tech, media and democracy and helps journalists and researchers to develop AI tools with ethical guidelines in mind.

This past Monday, we welcomed a new cohort of SJMC graduate students, including 11 Research M.A. and Ph.D. students and 11 Professional M.A. students. Our new and current students, faculty and staff capped off a busy orientation day with a social at (where else?) the Memorial Union Terrace.
