Frodo reminds everyone it’s ok to snuggle up on foggy mornings. #Caturday
Frodo, a white and orange tabby with his left paw curled over his face so that only his little mouth and pink nose is showing lays on his side asleep. His back paws are crossed over each other, so his little pink toe beans on the top foot are showing. He is asleep on a barely showing multicolored paisley patterned couch cover. As I was typing this, he woke up and is now yelling at me that he wants to go on a walk.

A brown tabby cat named Beetle, with big wide innocent seeming eyes peers intently at the camera from behind a paper towel roll that he has massacred. A big Bit of paper towel carnage is stuck on him, with three other shredded bits on the carpet. He is almost out out of frame, so it’s mostly his white chin and chest, his adorable nose and whiskers, his innocent (ha) eyes, and the paper towel roll- shredded along one edge and the top, with obvious tooth puncture marks along the roll. He swears it wasn’t him.

Inspired by @VulgarHistoryPod (and where the image comes from) and her coverage of Marie Antoinette-
Thinking about the size of most countries and sincerely wondering if scale was not a real issue that is coming to a head

Do you think we have hit the “Too Big To Fail?” moment?

There is another horse and rider in the distance and another entering the picture. Marie Antoinette is wearing light green pants that are close fitted. She has on golden yellow short ankle boots, that are lighter than her bright gold jacket. The golden jacket has light green lapels and cuffs that match her pants. Around her waist is a big white bow, tied so the ends stream behind her and this matches a ruffley lacey layer at her neck. She wear her light colored hair (powdered white) tied back with a green ribbon - and to top it all off she has a wide brimmed light black but not grey hat with a light green ribbon around the…head part? And featuring three feathers (I think- it’s an oil painting …on the Internet!) two feather plumes are black and one is white. A brown and white hunting dog runs along side her. The dog is white with a brown saddle, booty, and head. A black dog is entering the frame on the left. The horse is dark brown and styled in a way that reflects the time- a narrow face and long legs. Marie Antoinette sits on the horse -not side saddle but riding regular! The saddle seems to be a leopard skin!
