The GLIA-Leadership workshop for new PI is a fantastic initiative. I was wondering if similar efforts are being considered for postdocs who are aspiring to become PIs. It seems like a great opportunity to cultivate leadership skills early. I'm even thinking a mini version could be impactful.🤔
