In 2021, in collaboration with the WIAA, we launched CoachUp! Washington. The study aimed to measure the impact of an evidence-informed online coach education program through data collected directly from student-athletes and coaches.

The use of physical activity as a consequence is widely accepted in sports. Our new course examines what research and athletes have to say about this form of coaching and offers alternative strategies to using physical activity as punishment.
