Andres Clarens, associate director of the Institute and an
engineering professor, will moderate a panel at the Forum on Energy + Infrastructure. Clarens co-leads the "CRI" project at UVA. CRI is an interdisciplinary team assessing how Virginia can meet its net-zero carbon targets.
