What do you think about the deployed RAT? I can’t identify it on the footage - some say they do. They say, that the audio is similar to a roaring RAT.

I can‘t identify it on the footage. But if there was a total engine failure (e.g. birdstrikes), than the RAT would be the last option to maneuver the plane (electric/hydraulic) - I am not an expert.
