A better labeling system, along with options to not even show content you don't want (no warning/hiding) would've been better, even if some options were no-show by default. Stronger moderation isn't done with more stringent rules, it's done with better tools for content creators and users.

Extending the concept of consent to non-physical persons won't end well. This will be abused to the point enforcement will be done by feeling, not by rule. From now on, anyone will be able to report any content with the slightest reason tangential to consent being dubious.
