All I know is I’m not trying to be THAT auntie who gets her kid relatives bad shit that’ll get me in trouble. I made the mistake of telling him about my competitive smash days and now he wants to be a competitive gamer… No benefit in being the “cool” aunt to tween boys.

Maybe I’m comparing it to my own anime timeline too much… When I was 10, I was exclusively into mahou shoujo, albeit some adult-audience ones (Nanoha), so maybe I don’t have a good grasp on what’s appropriate for a tween.
