The annual UT English Undergraduate Creative Writing Awards are now open for submissions with CASH PRIZES in four different categories!

All entries must be made by March 21st at 5PM and all winners will be announced by May 1st.

The MFA in Creative Writing Round 1 applications are coming to a close soon on December 1st! If you're still interested, send in your creative writing sample and application.

The UT Creative Writing Program is excited to present a reading by poet and translator Yesenia Montilla. The reading will take place Monday, October 13 at 7pm in the Lindsay Young Auditorium of John C. Hodges Library on the UT Campus. The event is free and open to the public.

The MFA degree in Creative Writing is a two-year program that provides a combination studio/academic course of study and is currently open for the first round of applications.
