Which defender would you bring in for Ait-Nouri?

Need to sort out my defence/goalkeeper next week & may potentially take my first -4 of the season.

I’m happy with Gabriel & Ait-Nouri for the short term.

Not happy with any of the others for the short to medium term. Do I take a -4 this week to sort one of them out? If so, who for who? £2m in the bank.

Quite a few 50/50 decisions this week on who to start out of my defence & who to bench out of Rogers/Cunha/Pedro.

Let’s hope I’ve got them right.

No Kovacic for City increases the likelihood that Lewis starts in midfield. Does this make him a better start in FPL this week? Who would you bench from these?

My planned transfers this week was most likely going to be:

Haaland & McNeil Out
Isak & Saka In

If Saka isn’t fit for this week then I’m really not sure what I should do with my team.. Do I upgrade a defender with £1m I have in the bank? Do I roll?

They will be my attackers so I’ll have cover if/when the yellow card does come.

I feel like I massively prefer Chelsea’s fixtures, but Newcastles aren’t bad & Isak likely plays more minutes & has penalties over Jackson on this period. I’m really really torn.

Son is always historically one of the very best finishers isn’t he? It’s mad.. The amount of xG Haaland gets p90 compared with any other player I’ve checked is crazy too. Look at that over performance from them both! 🤯

This is their career so it does suggest there isn’t much in it but again over the course of their careers Barnes does have a slight edge.. Salah over performs his xG p90 by 3%, whilst Barnes does by 13%.

Had a slow start, but extremely happy with the progress I’ve made since GW5 now. Having Palmer & Mbeumo early - plus getting some good captain decisions has been a big factor in this.
