Toronto FC Supporter. Eternal optimist. #TFCLIVE
I do think there’s some reform required in the supporters groups too, but the relationship with the supporters as a whole should be important to the club, the groups just have a louder voice I guess.
As much as I am 100% okay with the walk out, I am 100% okay with you staying and singing!

This is a bad take. Supporters have a right to vent their frustration with the club. They are an essential part of the club’s existence, whether you like it or not. It’s one of the ways football
is different from other sports. Respect the supporters, respect the club. #tfclive

Completely true. They obviously don’t have any interest in eating contracts via buyout which absolutely is the fastest way out of this mess.

Acknowledgment without action.
Some things aren’t in their control (pre-existing contracts, injuries)

Some things are (concession prices, ticket prices, real collaboration and engagement with supporters)

Not exactly sure what he was trying to do with this letter but it did not succeed. #tfclive

I’d love if folks like @tfcrepublic.bsky.social or @wakingthered.bsky.social did a deep dive on our medial staff and injuries. Find out what changes have happened over the years in #tfclive sports science, map out patterns in injury type/recovery, see if we’re really more snakebitten than others.

Agree in theory, although new gm would almost certainly want to bring in his own coach.

I think the reason you keep Hernandez all year is to have him take all the heat for this season so the new team doesn’t have any of this blood on their hands. #tfclive

There’s just no sign that Hernandez has been given the authority to sign anyone past this season.

I fully expect Hernandez, Fraser and all of the roster gone in 2026 for a new leadership group to start with a clean slate. Time to tune out #tfclive

Imagine how much you’d have to pay him to wade back into this cluster. More than Ujiri money.
May 4, 2025 at 1:41 AM
Yeah he’s… not.

Where’s Koevermans #tfclive
May 4, 2025 at 1:09 AM
Who did you want in the 11? The club is a mess and so injured.
May 2, 2025 at 2:48 PM
I love this club, but I think I need to not watch for a while.

Boring kit for a boring season. Good fit.

John it would be awesome if the opportunity presents itself to do a feature on the litany of lower body injuries that this club has to deal with, see if there’s any throughline to help identify some of the causes beyond people screaming about the medical staff. #tfclive

Would be very on brand for Insigne to feature and TFC get a first win

Wonder if TFC were looking to get some Garberbucks out of the deal, looking extract an ounce of value out of the contract before just fully buying him out
March 19, 2025 at 11:10 AM
@tfcrepublic.bsky.social @wakingthered.bsky.social have you guys seen any evidence of Jason Hernandez making any firm commitments beyond this year? I’m wondering if he has a mandate to do what he can without committing a single additional dollar for 2026.
March 16, 2025 at 10:24 PM
I’m sure they will get a win this season, I just… don’t know where from exactly
March 16, 2025 at 8:34 PM
This was surely the highlight of the match
March 9, 2025 at 12:23 PM
Cause… he rules???
March 8, 2025 at 9:11 PM
Just avoiding breach of contract no?
