For once he has a bit of truth within his ramblings: neither Russia nor China will "acquire" Greenland. That's not going to happen whether he is president or not. Someone inside his inner circle really needs to find that last trace of sense of duty to find out who is placing these ideas in his head.

At this point, I believe that the best shot at staying in power the Iranian government has is provoking a US intervention. I doubt that many of the protestors would sympathize with the attacker.

The only non-artificial state is the state of anarchy and I invite Russia to restrict their experiments towards that form of "naturalism" to within their own borders, thank you very much.

It's actually a great way to expose and break that "Russia and Trump have a peace plan but Ukraine is refusing peace" narrative. Christmas used as an opportunity to force some honesty onto Russia.

More likely that he did it to put a spotlight on the Russian refusal to stop fighting, as a breakwater against that stupid narrative of Ukraine refusing "peace plans" that are really just calls to surrender.

One of the leaked "28" even had a 10d that went into tellingly excessive detail about how that false flag attack would go, explicitly naming Moscow and St Petersburg. Can't be an accident, they want any future Kyiv government to precisely know beyond doubt what would make it a puppet government.

I consider this also the reason why Putin allowed so called oligarchs (actually just powerless barons, without even a trace of the political influence that would be implied by the term oligarch) to enrich themselves like they did. What self-respecting autocrat would risk having a middle class?

They claim to be afraid of getting attacked. If he insists that his written promise is worth anything, he'll have to concede that written promises of not attacking by Ukraine and/or NATO will be worth a lot.
