Stoops really turned it around and against a brutal schedule. I am only too happy to be surprised.

There just seems like some incongruity here. We got 1 kid that we are being extra careful with for soft tissue damage and another we seem less concerned with. They are different body parts, sure, but knee and shoulder are both pretty crucial. What’s missing?

There is no way Stoops is shown the door after these couple of wins and a win over Tenn Tech. he doesn't need to beat Vandy or Louisville even. But...how does he right his ship on identifying talent and heart?

Great win. Also, it should be pretty impossible to see Stoops stepping down or being fired now.

So… how does he improve talent assessment? Why not take notes from Mark Pope’s analytical and surveying approaches on the matter?

Beating Auburn felt good.

Beating a bad Auburn team by scoring 1 touchdown is the flip side of that reality. It would seem talent assessment is our challenge. How does that get fixed if you keep Stoops around?

There are thousands of lower ranking service members in the area with similar challenges but without a 3-star's salary and allowances.

As is becoming the norm, definitely.

Within Kentucky... NDAs between local governments and private companies are superseded by state law. FOIA would also apply at the federal level. Opposing political parties could force these agreements open if they chose.
