and then they just tried to retool most of their best ideas that weren't feasible into the next game and then had to do that again for Halo 3 cause 2 also was pretty chaotic dev wise. ODST and Reach even still have little bits of pieces of other stuff they wanted to do but couldn't before

reading about how the actual game was being worked on down to the wire to an point that whole missions and weapons were being axed or paved over and the mp was almost cut even near last minute is crazy. rare case of large company being willing to sign off on an actual one in an million gamble

this does an good job piecing together in my mind why people who went out of their way for that above all else didn't really sit right. it's insincere and ignores an whole emotional spectrum you could be tapping into

their legitimate unconditional support of foss projects as well as understanding that the actual core appeal of having an computer for an average Gamer is being able to customize it to your liking is an large part of that

also Infinite Money to do whatever has lead to some cool shit from them. doesn't forgive willingly putting Skinner Boxes in their F2P games but I respect what their at least attempting with some of their hardware/software
