He said factories will be automated, but the facilities need to be maintained by people. People with high school degrees that work in HVAC, Maintenance, etc. Basically saying blue collar workers without college degrees will benefit the most from this.

It’s worth keeping in mind that the university sent out acceptances before Trump took office. The funding has dried up pretty quickly.
