It’s a holiday weekend, so I won’t be looking into this, but this is so embarrassing for Salesloft 😬

I see support now defaults to Agentforce. Went great.

Me: *states my issue*
AF: Can you restate your question?
Me: *restates my question*
AF: I can answer support related questions.
Me: can I open a case?
AF: *creates a case, subject “unhappy with support”, connects me the wrong department “

Situation doesn’t appear to be improving…

The issue is also impacting Salesforce+ and preventing Connections registration. Not a great look 😬
