BREAKING: Superior Court Judge William Pittman affirmed that state elections officials were right to reject Jefferson Griffin’s attempts to throw out tens of thousands of North Carolina voters’ ballots from the 2024 elections.

A Wake Co Superior Court Judge heard oral arguments this morning and had issued his opinion by late afternoon.

Despite another loss, it’s expected that Griffin will file an appeal and these cases will keep moving through the courts until they end up back in front of the NC Supreme Court. #RiggsWon
