The fnc characters are just characters that Prismo gave tropes and tried to give them no drama mixed with Simon's real world experiences, causing them to randomly play guitar during a fight with a god, and Fionna asking Scarab "No hard feelings" when he found out Prismo got his way again.

Either way, when he realized Scarab WAS in the right in this situation he tried threatening Scarab with literal violence to silence him.

Should not be normal in any work place, by scarab being an auditor this was recognized by him and tried to call higher ups about this before Orbo literally took the crystal out of his hand and teleported him to a public area with a different, nicer tone to seem like he was in the right.

Anyways watching the interaction that Orbo and Scarab had with each other has probably the most obvious signs of power imbalances. Auditing is to pretty much ensure compliance and legality in what everyone is doing, Orbo ignoring Prismo literally committing a cosmic crime because he likes him-

I think this may be a way for Scarab to take his anger out on others because just a reminder, he doesn't like his own job and might be in a toxic work environment that he couldn't get out of. Straight up, Orbo might be a bad boss, and I'm SO tired of people not realizing that.
