You're right! I didn't even realize. Top right is from Eugen. Bottom Left is from Blücher. And I assume bottom right is the one from herself.

Yeah that was the major thing. Apparently the original design looks "too dead" or too much like a Halloween skin.
They also change her eyes and hair a bit as well as make her a slightly thicker around the bust and thigh.

Haven't seen anything Gear Lab related in Patchnotes, etc. So I would say No.
