Can someone in #art help me find a painting and artist?

It is a modern painting of a man resting on a honda motorcycle, being shaded by a woman standing holding an umbrella. The clothing and background suggest a formal race event. Generally I would describe the style as similar to Akira.

Looking for a 'Blah' in my UI. Search revealed an additional 'Blah, this is awful.' and I scolded myself for being too lazy to write a 'TODO.' But it was coming from the engine code for this...
