Stamp duty is ridiculous. If you actually want to solve the housing crisis quite a simple answer. 0% on your main residence, no VAT on essentials, so why not your home. Also immediate 20% stamp duty on a second home going up by increments of 5% for each additional one. Simples.

I think non fascists often conclude and point out validly that fascists are inconsistent, liars, often racists and the like. But like a religion non of it is based on logic.
