Best bet these days seems to be Foundations, especially with their focus on teaching new players. I believe there are products specifically geared towards new players. Fortunately it’s also a functional standard set, so there are cards for experienced players too.

It does always feel a bit strange (especially being in the diaspora), but I’ve come to learn, that’s just how it is for us, especially in the US.
