The Byron White US Courthouse and the 10th Circuit Clerk’s Office will be closed on 12/25-12/26/25, in observance of Christmas holiday. CM/ECF will remain available through the holiday weekend. Please see the Court's website for further information. ca10.uscourts.gov/clerk/news/n...
The 10th Circuit Clerk's Office will close at 1:45 MST on 12/17/2025. The drop box at the courthouse will remain available for in-person filings, as will CM/ECF for all routine filings. See www.ca10.uscourts.gov/clerk/news/n... for directions on emergency filings in the afternoon of the 17th.

The 10th Circuit will continue to operate during a government shutdown from a lapse in appropriations, continuing all activities necessary to the exercise of the judiciary’s constitutional functions. Deadlines will not be automatically extended. See the court's website for more information.

The court’s ECF filing system is experiencing a technical failure. Users may experience errors in uploading documents or may be unable to access ECF. Please see 10th Cir. R. 25.7 regarding any filings due today that are unable to be filed solely due to this technical failure.
