Let's also break down a few other things, shall we? To dismiss someone's mental health issues, while claiming to have experienced similar of your own, shows a horrible lack of empathy, understanding and care. Strange when you want to say that you are all of the above...

Is it on the person venting? Or is it on the conscious of the person making the reply about themselves? If you honestly hadn't done anything wrong, then there was no reason to make a whole storybook reply in order to defend yourself.
