www.f95.de/aktuell/news... and today, the news is official. Allofs out as sport director in favor of Sven Mislintat. While his time here as director was in the end unsuccessful, he will still always be remembered for being one of our greatest forwards.

Obviously the lack of improvement in results is damming. But even more important, he did not voice support for his own player who was racially abused this past weekend. When the opposing coach says the words instead, how can the players trust him going forward?

imaginative coaching hire in the form of Anfang. Which brings us to tomorrow's game. I have zero confidence we will take anything even from a side that has only won one of its last five matches. Because we seem to have no ability to score. All I care for now is survival. An awful feeling

This is often unavoidable, as we are financially strapped and have to take the deals as they come. But my confidence in the board and specifically Allofs is at a low. We had huge turnover this summer, gave Thioune only so much time to herd this new group together, then got possibly the least...
