And I think that's the point. They WANT us to get discouraged, downheartened and fight amongst ourselves.
So, I am going to try my best to let myself be sad and angry today, but then do my damndest to fight for inclusion even harder tomorrow.

The amount of time and energy that these decisions are taking, detracts from actually important questions like: how can we make groups MORE inclusive? How can we break down barriers to disabled people attending, for example? Or kids from low income families, or less heard communities?

I use mine as free heating for the evening haha! It's always nice and warm (but not too warm).

Yeah. I don't think it's any coincidence that trans men's health info is sh*t and so is cis women's! We're both medically gaslit and expected to put up with pain and indignity, and expected to be grateful with really poor outcomes. And everything's pink 🤢

The language to describe what's happening to us and the screenings/surgery themselves should be accessible:
- disability inclusive
- culturally appropriate for our religion and ethnicity
- no harmful stereotypes
- and yes, gender inclusive!

We are stronger together!

I have no idea what to expect now I've had hysto, cos I can't take female HRT. The resources for cis women are bad enough - for trans men they're non existent.

And THAT is the scandal. We should all know our own bodies, whether we're having surgery to change them or not. /3

I and so many other trans men and cis women I know grew up not knowing what "normal" is for any of these things. I had friends vomming and crying every month but thinking periods are supposed to be painful.../2
