I love to do to blow off steam after work is to shoot some pool at the local watering holes in SF. Last week I even entered a casual $5 buy-in tournament and ended up winning the whole thing 😊.
Find a hobby, a practice, something that isn't work, to bring yourself some joy in these trying times.
