Probably the same for me. I don’t drink a lot of soda as is. Usually just Zevia which is almost water. Cake is a little tough because I do enjoy it once in a while.

It didn’t help that I’ve been eating out way too much the past few months which is like having a salt jaw breaker in your cheek all day. Now it’s time to get back on a healthier track and manage my BP a little better. They kept me for 2 nights then I was good. Don’t need that kind of scare again!
