What rose is this? It’s gorgeous! I used to have an old David Austin rose “Othello.” It looked just like one and smelled heavenly. It has all sorts of problems like mildew, black spot but under the right conditions they weren’t too bad so imo the flower & scent definitely worth it!

Seriously. This foolish bs incompetency & stoking division is making us look…is… weakening us. This is a very very very bad look.

Employers do use paid health insurance as incentive to not change jobs for fear of losing benefits, so they pass up better jobs. Then you have an employee you can pay low wages to & still retain solely bc they’re afraid of losing health care. So they’re stuck.

I’m speechless. This is all seriously frightening.
