I think we've created a culture that's now fully conditioned to expect a constant & unending feed of content, but that also lacks any real understanding or appreciation for what it takes to create even mediocre content, let alone something truly good.

The worst thing about Twitter dying is that we're losing millions of pieces of history. Sure, the vast majority of the posts were mindless nonsense, but many are also utterly iconic.
The way we keep losing pieces of internet history is akin to burning of the Library of Alexandria over and over.
