For a long time, vaping e-cigarettes was seen as a safer alternative to smoking tobacco but #URochesterResearch led by Dongmei Li, PhD, a professor at the UR CTSI, suggests vaping may also carry a cancer risk.

Every person who gets screened for cancer is a win.

Dr. David Adler recently published a study in the journal Academic Emergency Medicine that looked at using an ER visit as a springboard to educate and motivate women to get screened for cervical cancer.
