Raked & Top Dressed the Lawn. Added paving slabs in prep of top soil & turf. Repotted Hydrangea & Pond Plants. Scrubbed the cold frame. Dug a hole for a new Hydrangea (Runaway Bride Snow White) spoken to no one, or looked at my Phone until now. More days like this! How was your day? #gardening

Someone really needs to do a documentary about the Parakeets in South London. I counted 21 separate flocks coming home to roost this evening. #birds

Quick reminder - weight is a poor indicator of overall health! Starving & dehydrating yourself this month is pretty pointless. Long term shifts in diet & activities are far more sustainable. Be kind to your body, it’s the greatest thing you’ll ever own.
