Have learned its a Torresian Kingfisher & not the Sacred (but I will still call them kotāre).
I have not experienced a tropical cyclone of any strength before, only the common old explosive Qld supercell and post cyclone lows. At time of photo it was 465kms east north east of Brisbane & unknown where it may cross.
