Today… lavender sugar. 2 cups of sugar. Whir 2 tablespoons with 1 tablespoon food-grade dried lavender. Mix in the rest Pack in recycled yogurt cups with purchased lids. Easy peasy.

I am slowly reading, and loving, this book about the need for rest during difficult times. Our culture tells us to burn through those seasons, but sometimes we just need to recuperate. It’s been nice to give myself some quiet mental space.
