This year, I gave myself the birthday present of having my dissertation defended! Defense was yesterday and today I turn 29. So much to celebrate!🎉

Update: chocolate making is getting even better! I’ve made four batches since last Wednesday, bringing my grand total of bonbons made in the last week to 84

My 2023 task was homemade croissants, which I got really good at by Christmas
