Weird that Alaska Airlines would launch sales of their new SEA-FCO route online without sending as much as a emailed peep to AS frequent flyers or folks who signed up for notifications. But it’s now in their online newsroom and landing page. Can’t figure the comms strategy there…

2. Architects and designers clearly put no effort into bathroom design. The ATL admirals lounge for instance: paper towels no where near the closest sink. So basically, everyone’s wet hands are going to drip all over the room.
