Pharmacy Benefit Managers owning pharmacies and setting reimbursement rates for themselves and their direct competitors is a glaring conflict of interest and should certainly be addressed by congress.

The National Association of Attorneys General, on behalf of a bipartisan coalition of 39 state and territory AGs, sent a letter to Congress urging them to pass an act prohibiting #PBMs from owning or operating pharmacies
