Owns a Citroen SM
I'M NOT IN DEBT!

C4 raffle officially paid for itself this afternoon!* As of now, and pending any further expenses before the end of November, I've broken even!

To celebrate, here's a picture of it visiting the spot where I bought my very first car in the year 2000. It was a BX, naturally.

If you've entered the raffle to win my Citroen C4 VTS 180, you currently have a 1 in 676 chance of winning.

* Unless you've bought two tickets, in which case it's 1 in 338.
** Or four tickets, in which case it's 1 in 169.
*** Or 25 tickets, in which case it's only 1 in 27!

It's LIVE! You can now enter the competition to win the C4 VTS I revealed last night.

As mentioned, 10% of any proceeds (however big or small) go to Rowans Hospice.

A single ticket is a quid, and for three days there's a bulk-buy offer on.

SPOILERS INCOMING!

If you haven't seen the vid from last night yet then tread lightly on my socials today, because a link to the raffle page will be incoming shortly*

*when they've approved it, because it got flagged for restricted content 🤨

Meanwhile, here's a tiny wiper from that car...

PREMIERE tomorrow night @ 7pm!

I'll be revealing which very rare car I've bought to become the first prize giveaway on this channel.

(AI erased it from the picture below, sadly. Nothing to do with me...)

I'm parked near a Suzuki Ignis.

Thought you'd like to know.

Not many can boast they've got a Citroen DS parked outside their workshop.

Myself included

Today, it's exactly 5 years since I took ownership of my C6.

Recording a special vid later chatting about how the past 5 years have worked out - exactly the same style as the first video I did on it.

If you have any questions on the C6 you'd like answering, get them in before 3:30pm!

24hrs till Rustival and for once we're taking some older cars which don't feature very often or don't feature at all on the channel. Both of them carry a lot of sentimental value so if I see you leaning on one of them, expect to be attacked.

Happy DVLA regulation change day!

Currently digesting the changes, but looks like I need to fish Hilda's logbook out...

Amazed it didn't have a HubNut sticker in the window

Work hard, don't take no for an answer. Stay focused. Create synergies. Trust the process. Own your dream car.

One year today since the Sirion joined our ranks of old cars! Treated it to a trip through the car wash.

How much longer will it be here though...?

Not sure why anybody would cheat, but here we go 😆

One in for MOT, one out. Both good fun to drive!
Not sure which I'd pick.

Well, it might be a professional conversion, of course. The proper one looks like this:

This popped up on the CCC FB group, and I can promise you now that if I had £8k spare, you'd start seeing videos featuring a Traction Avant, too!
As it is, you'll have to make do with a MINI tonight. Well, a 'BINI' I guess, technically...

Goodwood in more pictures.
July 16, 2025 at 10:27 AM
That was mine. Best £250 I ever spent! Drove better on the 16in Harpins, even if it did look better on the 17in Straights.

Yeah I'd be interested to see the Jag in normal colours, but at the same time I think there are surfaces that the sheen highlights, where a shine wouldn't.

In other news, I went to Goodwood last week, and I saw these.

For the record, this is a snippet of what VEP looked like when I collected it off a nice chap in Swansea in 2014. It didn't run properly, it didn't lift and bits of it had rotten off.

I'd have trusted that car to drive anywhere. I should have dropped the fuel tank, that's my only regret.

3/3.

Have had a few people message now asking for context on this exchange yesterday. Normally it wouldn't matter, but being that some words could be construed as a slight on my professional competency (being that I work on BXs for a profession), it kinda does.

Found ourselves in Warwick the other day. Not quite as interesting as we hoped, but this 156 stood out! Rare spot these days.

An older hard-working Z4 nestled behind it
