Oh doing the keema ahead of time sounds smart. I like my keema a bit tangy. So before the water I would add 2 tablespoons yogurt, stir it in and let it the water from the yogurt evaporate. All told maybe 2-3 minutes of an extra step.

Interested in hearing how you liked it? I see one tweak I'd make to the keema part of the recipe, but I'm not likely to make this so, oh well.

They need to follow through for the ACA demands and make the pain people are going through worth it. Otherwise they just are torturing the public without intention to achieve anything.
