You should take a few of those with different driving schools and see what they average out to. In the meantime you'll also get some basic experience behind the wheel.

This is really true. No amount of virtual driving compares to the real thing when it comes to learning how a real car drives. What you want to look for are in-take lessons, in a real car. You can usually get those for free and they'll assess how many lessons they think you might need.
